How do I enroll in the House of Dank loyalty program?To enroll in the program you must visit shophod.com, navigate to “Loyalty”, Click “Join Now”, complete profile, sign, & YOU'RE IN. Note: Must join loyalty by giving phone number and opting into the text messages. Or simply scan our QR code any of our locations or events.

How do I access the loyalty program and check my balance?Once enrolled, House of Dank will send you texts after every purchase to confirm the number of Rewards points that you just earned. You can also check your wallet at any time by navigating to the Loyalty page on our website shopped.com, then click “Check My Wallet” and enter your phone number or email. You will then receive a update via text or email.

How can I redeem my loyalty points?Loyalty is applied at checkout when a patient is shopping in-store or using curbside service. Loyalty is being tracked in the POS system, patients no longer have to show the staff their wallet to redeem points. When you are shopping in-store or curbside, ask your budtender how many points you have available and you can choose if you want to apply the amount to your total!

Do my loyalty points expire?House of Dank reserves the right to “unregister” and make ineligible for the House of Dank loyalty program any account that has been inactive for one (1) full calendar year and any account that does not have a phone number attached. Inactive is defined as no points earned. If your House of Dank Rewards account is unregistered or rendered inactive, then all accumulated points in your account are void. Why do I have to pay taxes?Michigan regulations on Cannabis products have multiple taxes, some of which are based on the cost of the product and must be paid by the consumer and listed on the receipt. Customers are responsible for paying the sales tax on all purchases when using loyalty points.Regulations also prevent us from offering any free cannabis products.
